Two new rowhouses respond to the simple volumes and vocabulary of the original working class neighbourhood. The garage leads to a covered porte-cochere space that extends the living spaces into the garden. This relationship with the garden is accentuated by large fenestration that allows the interior volumes to flow seemlessly with the exterior. (studio PERERA)
